Event & Community Policies
At Not Til Now, we believe courage grows in spaces where people feel safe, respected, and genuinely seen.
Tickets & Event Changes
Event details, performers, and schedules may change when necessary.
Unless otherwise stated, ticket purchases are nonrefundable.
However, when tickets are purchased through the Lakewood Cultural Center, they can be resold on their ticketing platform. Contact their box office at 303-987-7845 for more info.
If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified regarding available options.
Photography & Recording
Not Til Now events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.
By attending, you acknowledge that your image, voice, or likeness may appear in photographs, video recordings, social media content, promotional materials, podcasts, or future productions related to Not Til Now.
Community Expectations
We are committed to creating a welcoming environment for all attendees, performers, volunteers, and guests.

Performer & Submission Terms
Thank you for considering sharing your story, performance, or creative work through Not Til Now.
By submitting an application, story, proposal, or performance for consideration, you acknowledge the following:
Ownership of Your Work
You retain ownership of your stories, performances, and creative content.
Permission to Share
If selected to participate, you grant Not Til Now permission to photograph, record, film, publish, promote, and share your performance or related content through live events, podcasts, websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and future productions.
Accuracy & Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you choose to share.
By participating, you affirm that your submission is your own work and that it does not knowingly violate the rights, privacy, or reputation of others.
Selection Process
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
Not Til Now reserves the right to curate event lineups based on event goals, programming needs, and available space.
Community Values
Participants agree to contribute to an environment rooted in respect, courage, and care for others.
